For the initial meeting, we recommend bringing a supportive family member or friend, your loved one's personal details (including full name, date of birth, residence), marriage certificate if applicable, a recent photo, and any prepaid funeral plan documents if they exist. Decisions around presentation, such as clothing, makeup or specific photos for the service, can be made later in the planning process.
